KC Norman is a commercial director, artist, entrepreneur and dad.

I’m interested in immediacy, a feeling of the fleeting captured on paper. A certain rushed quality or imperfection or at least un-fussiness that somehow comes to feel finished or stable after being put down.

I’m interested in wavering lines -- the hand of the artist on clear display: Scribbles and hitches and overshoots and obliterations. 

I’m interested in masculinity and sex, bodies and faces, objects, status, and the overlap between the sad, comic, beautiful, vulgar and absurd.
